FindSepticContractors is an online directory operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“Tradescroft”, “we”, “us”). 1. What we do
FindSepticContractors is a free directory that helps homeowners find and contact septic contractors in their area. We are a directory only. We are not a septic contractor, we do not perform any septic work, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a contractor.
2. Contractors are independent
The businesses listed on the Service are independent third parties. We do not employ, endorse, or supervise them, and we do not guarantee their licensing, insurance, pricing, availability, workmanship, or the accuracy of any listing. You are responsible for evaluating a contractor and verifying their credentials before hiring them.
3. Using the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping, overloading, reverse engineering, or interfering with it, or by submitting false, unlawful, or abusive content.
4. Requests and communications
When you submit a request for a quote, we pass the details you provide to the contractor you chose so they can respond. You may also communicate with that contractor through the messaging tools we provide. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in, we may send you SMS updates about a request you submitted (for example, when a contractor replies). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of using the Service. 6. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any contractor will meet your needs.
7. Limitation of liability
